Equity Resources was formed in 1993 with the idea of utilizing the best of the banking industry and finance industry under one roof. Equity Resources is a privately held corporation licensed as a first and second mortgage lender servicing Alabama, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Virginia. Equity Resources was created to serve consumers, those with perfect credit and those with delinquent credit. We have created programs for consumers from our conventional rate programs to ours using "common sense" underwriting.
