Our core purpose is “to improve the lives of families.” To do this, we find out your short term and long term goals. We then work together with you to determine the best path to obtain your goals. We have a dedicated team of experienced mortgage specialists (most have been with Equity Resources over ten years) to help you obtain a mortgage that makes sense for you and your family.

We believe that an informed person makes the best decisions. We review the pros and cons of every loan option. We go over the functions of your new loan in detail so you understand it and have time to think about it. We don’t believe in “hard sells” and we will only close a loan if it improves your life!

If you decide a loan program fits your short and long term goals, we proceed at a pace comfortable for you. Since we handle all processing and underwriting in-house, we can adjust our speed for you. Our philosophy is that if we do this for you, you will call upon us for your future mortgage needs and refer a friend, family member or co-worker.
