Our Role as an Educator

We understand everyone is not a mortgage expert.  The mortgage industry is changing daily with new programs, products and daily rate fluctuations.  We look at our job as a mortgage educator.  We will inform you of two to three options which meet your specific mortgage needs and credit.  We try to meet your needs as to how often you would like to be updated on the process of the loan and strive for a closing in seven to twelve days.  Numerous issues play a part in the closing process and our promise is to keep you informed as often or as little as you would like.  At the closing, there are no surprises...only friendly faces as our relationship together is just beginning.
